Joe Biden also said, “Every American citizen who wants to return from Afghanistan will be brought back. There are 6,000 US soldiers on the spot to get all of them out safely.”
In a statement issued on Friday, the White House said, “We have brought back 9,000 people safely from Afghanistan since August 14. And since the end of July, about 14,000 people have been evacuated from there. Joe Biden has also said that no partner country has questioned the credibility of America regarding the withdrawal of its forces from Afghanistan. “None of our fellow countries around the world have questioned our credibility on this point,” he said.
