She said that if the supply of vaccine is not increased in West Bengal, then the situation of Covid epidemic can become serious.

Mamata Banerjee said that West Bengal needs about 14 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccine.

On Wednesday, 826 new cases of corona were confirmed in Bengal and 10 patients lost their lives. So far 15,30,850 cases of corona have been confirmed in the state and 18,180 patients have died.

In view of the threat of the third wave of Corona, CM Mamata Banerjee held a meeting of the Global Advisory Board today. Nobel laureate Abhijit Banerjee was also present in this meeting. After the meeting, CM Mamata said that after the Durga Puja holidays at the end of this year, we are considering reopening the schools at an interval of one day.
