Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been served a court summons in connection with a case involving journalist misbehavior. The court has set April 5 as the date for Salman Khan to appear and answer the charges. This is not the first time the actor has faced legal troubles, and this case could have far-reaching consequences for Salman Khan’s future.

Salman Khan Summoned

On March 26, the court issued a summons to Salman Khan, directing him to appear in court on April 5 to answer charges of journalist misbehavior. The summons was served to Khan’s residence in Mumbai, and he has been asked to appear before the court in order to face the charges.

Court Case Details

The case was filed by a journalist who claims that Khan had misbehaved with him during the filming of a movie. The journalist had approached Khan for an interview, but the actor allegedly refused and then threatened the journalist with physical violence. The journalist then reported the incident to the police, and the case was filed in court.

Journalist Complaint

The journalist’s complaint states that Khan had used foul language and behaved in a manner that was intimidating and disrespectful. The journalist also claims that Khan had threatened him with physical harm. The complaint further states that Khan’s actions had caused the journalist to suffer mental trauma and emotional distress.

Hearing Set for April 5

The court has set April 5 as the date for Salman Khan to appear and answer the charges. The hearing will be conducted in a closed court. The court has asked Khan to provide all necessary documents and evidence pertaining to the case.

Potential Outcomes

If found guilty, Salman Khan could face a fine and/or imprisonment. The court could also impose restrictions on Khan’s movements, as well as on his activities in the entertainment industry. The court could also order Khan to pay compensation to the journalist for the distress caused by his actions.

Previous Court Cases

This is not the first time that Salman Khan has faced legal troubles. In 2002, Khan was convicted of culpable homicide in a hit-and-run case, resulting in a five-year prison sentence. In 2015, Khan was acquitted in a poaching case, while in 2018, he was acquitted of all charges in a blackbuck poaching case.

The court summons issued to Salman Khan is a serious matter, and the actor must now appear in court to answer the charges against him. The outcome of this case could have far-reaching consequences for the actor’s future. It remains to be seen what the court will decide
