Kota. Villagers of two villages of Kota district have set a unique example by getting 100% vaccination done to prevent corona. All the villagers of Bhopal Ganj and Shahnahali village of Talav Panchayat of Etawa block of Kota district got 100% vaccination. All eligible 560 people in these villages have given a new message of its importance by getting the vaccine. Both these villages are the first such villages in the district where all people above 18 years of age have got the vaccine. The villagers of these villages have traveled four to five kilometers from the village, not in the village but by going to Talav Panchayat Headquarters, Khatoli and Etawah and got the vaccine.

Here women also took time out between their domestic work and enthusiastically reached the center to get the vaccine. Etawah BCMO Dr. Yadvendra Sharma said that the medical department, police department, social workers, public representatives and villagers have contributed significantly in taking the vaccination campaign to Delhi by joining the awareness campaign towards Corona.

Take the vaccination campaign to the masses
According to Dr. Yadvendra Sharma, 91 percent of people above 60 years of age, 94 above 45 years and 29 percent above 18 years of age have been vaccinated in Etawah block. Damayanti Nagar, sarpanch of Talav Panchayat said that in both Bhopalganj and Shahnahali villages, all 560 people above the age of 18 years of 88 families have been vaccinated. Bhanwari Bai, an 80-year-old village elder, says that she has been constantly motivating all the villagers to get vaccinated. He has got both the vaccines. Now she is appealing to everyone that the youth of the village should go and take the vaccination campaign to the people and protect themselves from this epidemic.

The number of those who got the first dose in the district crossed 9 lakhs
CMHO Dr. Bhupendra Singh Tanwar said that so far 11513 sessions of vaccination have been conducted in the district. In these, 913935 beneficiaries of the prescribed categories have been given the first dose of the vaccine and 334455 the second dose. As the availability of vaccine is becoming available, vaccination camps are being organized continuously in urban and rural areas.
