Government of India’s IT spending will increase, know how much will it increase by 2022?

New Delhi: Global advisory firm Gartner said on Thursday that government spending on information technology (IT sector) is projected to grow at 8.6 per cent in 2022, with 13.2 per cent expected to grow during the current 2021. According to the report, spending on software will increase by 24.7 percent to US$1823 million in 2022, while the growth in data center spending will decrease and is estimated to be 2.2 percent. Gartner further said that total spending on telecom services is expected to decline by one percent.
