South Korea’s leading carmaker is preparing to launch the new variant N Line of i20 in India on August 24. According to the information, the company will present this i20 N line variant to the customers on August 24, whose price information will be given by the company in September. Under the N line, the company has included 3 variants, which are N6 iMT, N8 iMT and N8 DCT. In this variant, the company will use a turbocharged BS6 engine, in which great features will be given with sporty design.
Car Design
In terms of design, the company has given a great look to the car. To make the car look great, 17-inch alloy wheels will be given in it. Along with this, it will get a large blacked out grille, spectacular large headlamps like the rear and sloping roofline with sculpted bonnet. The car will also get ORVMs and blacked out B-pillars.
To give a premium look to the front of the car, it has been given a Z-shaped wrap around tail light. A roof mounted spoiler and shark fin antenna will be seen at the top of the front of the car. To improve the sporty look of the car, dual exhaust has been given in it.
Engine
The company will use a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine in the new i20 N line variant, which generates 118hp of power and 172Nm of peak torque. The company may offer this car with imt (Intelligent manual transmission) and DCT (dual clutch transmission) gearboxes.
Interior
This 5-seater car from Hyundai has been given excellent cabin space. The car has a luxurious 3 spoke multi-functional leather steering. To give a luxurious look to the interior of the car, red stitching has been done in its seat and hand brake. For entertainment, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment with Blue Link connected car technology has been given in the car. As a safety, multiple airbags and ADAS have been included in it. According to experts, Hyundai can launch this car around Rs 12 lakh.
