IPL 2021: The second part of the 14th season of the Indian Premier League is going to start in the UAE next month. Five-time champions Mumbai Indians have intensified their preparations for the second part of IPL 14. Mumbai Indians players are leaving for UAE on 13th August.
31 matches are to be played in the second part of IPL season 14, which will start from 19 September. The final match of IPL 14 is to be played on 15 October. Mumbai Indians players are leaving for UAE a month in advance in order to adapt to the situation in the UAE and prepare better.
Mumbai Indians has issued a statement informing about the players leaving for UAE. It was said from Mumbai Indians, “On August 13, the players of Mumbai Indians will leave for UAE. Players will start their preparations in Abu Dhabi only after the completion of the quarantine period.
Other teams are also leaving soon
The players of Mumbai Indians, however, started their preparations at the Jio Stadium in Reliance Corporate Park. However, only local players were involved in this camp. But domestic players belonging to Mumbai Indians are also leaving for UAE.
Earlier, Chennai Super Kings had also announced that its players would leave for UAE on August 13. It was also revealed about Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore that their players will reach UAE before August 15.
Let us tell you that the Indian Premier League season 14 started from 9 April. But due to the bio bubble break in the first week of May, the tournament was postponed. Till the first week of May, 29 matches were played in IPL 14. Now the remaining 31 matches are to be played in UAE.
