Jaani Road Accident Update: ‘Titliyan’ and ‘Baarish Ki Jaaye’ fame Punjabi music composer and lyricist Jaani was injured in a road accident on Tuesday evening. According to reports, his SUV in which he was traveling with two others collided with a car at a traffic light near Sector 88, Mohali.
After the cars collided at the intersection, the collision was so severe that the cars overturned twice. Two people had also fallen from the vehicles before the car overturned. Jani and two people traveling with her were taken to a private hospital in Mohali.
According to the ETimes report, the occupants of the other car also suffered minor injuries. According to the statement of Sohana SHO Gurjit Singh, the victims of the accident were taken to the hospital even before the police arrived. According to reports, the investigation into who was driving the vehicle is still on and no case has been registered so far.
Police say that this accident happened at a crossroads. Both the vehicles were in speed and did not stop at the intersection, due to which both of them had a fierce collision. The 33-year-old musician and two others have been admitted to the hospital. Police say that they are investigating this road accident.
Jaani told about the accident on his social media account sometime back and said that he has come out of the mouth of death and he is fine. He wrote in a statement released on Instagram, “With the grace of God, all of us in the car are fine. Authorities are probing the matter and we have been discharged from the hospital. Waheguru has kept it.. Wahe Guru da Shukre.”
Sharing this statement, he wrote in the caption, “Saw death with eyes today. But then he saw Baba Nanak. See both Death and Lord together today. I’m fine guys. There have been only minor injuries. Remember in prayers. ,
