Monsoon session of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly will start from August 9, it is mandatory to get Covid vaccine

Bhopal: The four-day monsoon session of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly will begin from Monday. Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly Principal Secretary AP Singh said on Sunday that for this session, it will be mandatory to get an anti-Covid vaccine for entry in the assembly. He said that there will be a total of four sittings in this session and this session will end on August 12.

A total of 1184 questions and 236 calling attention notices have been received by the Assembly Secretariat from the MLAs. Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker Girish Gautam held an all-party meeting on Sunday afternoon for the smooth conduct of the session, which included Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Leader of Opposition Kamal Nath and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Narottam Mishra.

Corona situation in Madhya Pradesh
13 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Madhya Pradesh on Saturday and with this, the total number of people found infected with this virus in the state has gone up to 7 lakh 91 thousand 950. There is no report of death of any person due to corona virus in the state on Saturday. The death toll due to this disease in the state so far is 10,514. The number of patients under treatment for corona virus in the state is 156.

Of the total 7 lakh 91 thousand 950 infected in Madhya Pradesh, 7,81,280 patients have become healthy so far. Anti-coronavirus vaccines were administered to 5 lakh 63 thousand 843 people in the state on Saturday. With this, so far 3 crore 47 lakh 86 thousand people have received anti-coronavirus vaccines.
