National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the application date for the undergraduate examination of NEET or NEET UG 2021. Candidates can now apply for this exam on 10 August 2021 till 5 PM. Interested candidates can check the detailed notice by visiting the official site neet.nta.nic and apply till the extended date.
This announcement has been made by NTA for those candidates seeking admission who have not been able to apply for NEET (UG) 2021 due to any reason, now these candidates can apply till the extended date. This extended date is also applicable for the students seeking admission in B.Sc (Hons) Nursing course. Along with these dates, the date of application correction has also been changed.
NEET UG 2021 – new schedule
NEET UG 2021 Application Last Date – 10 August 2021, up to 5 PM
Last date for submission of NEET UG 2021 Application Fee – 10 August 2021 up to 5 PM
Date of Application Correction Window – 11 August 2021 to 14 August 2021
Candidates should note that the option of correction in the application form is only optional. Students who feel that their form needs to be corrected can use this opportunity and correct their details.
DGHS decision taken on the recommendation of
NTA has taken this decision on the recommendation of Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This was done in relation to the NEET (UG) 2021 result. This result can be used by other institutions of the Central and State Governments as per their respective eligibility criteria. This result can also be used for admission to B.Sc (Hons) Nursing.
