After making a splash in the smartphone segment, now Oppo is ready to try its hand in the tablet segment. For this, the company is preparing to launch its first tablet Oppo Pad in the market soon. There have been many leaks about this upcoming tab in the past few months. If rumors are to be believed, the company is in the mood to launch its first tablet this year.
Oppo Pad shown on Geekbench
No official information has been given by the company about when the Oppo Pad will be launched, but in the meantime it has been seen on the benchmarking website Geekbench. According to the Geekbench listing, the model number of this tab is OPD2101. The listing also contains information about some special features of Oppo Pad.
Will get Snapdragon 870 processor
Mukul Sharma has shared the Geekbench listing of Oppo Pad. According to the listing, the company is going to offer Snapdragon 870 quad-core chipset with Adreno 650 GPU in the pad. Oppo Pad will come in 6GB RAM and multiple internal storage options. It has got a score of 4582 in Geekbench’s single-core test and 12,259 in multi-core test.
13 megapixel camera for photography
The pad will get an LED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. In this pad for photography, the company is going to offer 13 megapixel primary and 8 megapixel front camera. No information has been given about how many mAh the battery will be found in the pad. However, the 3C listing states that the pad will come with 33W fast charging support. Talking about the OS, this pad will come with customized ColorOS by Best Company on Android 11.
