Uttar Pradesh

In Uttar Pradesh, schools from class 9th to 12th have been opened in two sessions from today. Aradhana Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary, Secondary Education Department has issued an order in this regard. According to the order, secondary schools across the state will be opened only 5 days a week. With this, the duty of 60 officers has been imposed to inspect the system of schools. The inspection report will have to be sent to the Directorate. The schools where deficiencies are found will be rectified by the Directorate of Education and Secretary UP Board. During this, special care will have to be taken of the guidelines of Corona. At the same time, schools will be opened in two shifts, only 50 percent children can attend in one shift. Along with this, arrangements for hand sanitizer, thermal scanning, pulse oximeter, mask, first aid have been ensured. At the same time, orders have also been given to send students or teachers back home in case of any signs of infection.

Andhra Pradesh

Classes for the academic year 2021-22 have been started in Andhra Pradesh from today. However, due to the second wave of corona virus infection, the opening of schools has been delayed. At the same time, the government will present a detailed guideline on the implementation of the New Education Policy-2020 today itself. The Chief Minister will inaugurate the refurbished government schools under the first phase of the Nadu-Nedu program and the work of the second phase will be started today. Under the New Education Policy (NEP)-2020, schools from PP-1 to Class 12 will be classified into six categories.

Uttarakhand

Schools have also been opened in Uttarakhand for the students of classes 6 to 8 from today. For this, the government has also made full preparations. Sanitizers, masks have been provided by the government in 4100 junior high schools of the state. At the same time, the government has released a special Covid budget for 4156 out of a total of 5234 schools from classes VI to VIII. Special arrangements have also been made for the food mothers of these schools to avoid Covid. They will also be given aprons, head covers and gloves. Schools have been given a special grant of 400 to one thousand rupees according to the number of students. Let us tell you that there are 961 schools in the state of 16 to 25 students. While 1549 schools have 26 to 50 students. Similarly, the number of schools with 51 to 100 student numbers is 1076.
