Stock Market Updates: Sensex reaches all time high, market cap of BSE listed companies crosses Rs 242 lakh crore

Mumbai. On Wednesday, the third trading day of the week, the stock market opened on the green mark and the Sensex touched the level of 56 thousand for the first time. During early trading, the 30-share Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) index Sensex rose 312.44 points to 56,104.71. On Wednesday, the market capitalization of companies listed on BSE increased to Rs 2,42,08,041.64 crore i.e. Rs 242 lakh crore.

Tega Industries files papers for Rs 750 crore IPO
Tega Industries has filed papers (DRHP) with SEBI for its proposed IPO. According to sources, this IPO can be of 700 to 750 crores. The public offer of 1,36,69,478 equity shares under this IPO will be purely offer for sale. In which the shareholders will sell their stake. Under this offer, the promoters of the company Madan Mohan Mohanka will sell 33,14,657 equity shares and Manish Mohanka will sell 6,62,931 equity shares.

Ruchi Soya gets approval from SEBI to bring in FPO
Ruchi Soya, a subsidiary of Baba Ramdev-led Patanjali Ayurveda, has got the approval of market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise Rs 4,300 crore through a follow on public offer (FPO). Let us tell you that in the month of June, Ruchi Soya had filed papers for this FPO. More than half of the proceeds from this FPO will be used to reduce the debt burden of the company. This FPO will help the company to comply with SEBI’s minimum 25 percent public shareholding rule.
