T20 World Cup 2022 News : T20 World Cup 2022 is starting from 16 October. 16 teams including India and Pakistan will participate in this tournament. At the same time, a total of 45 matches will be played in the T20 World Cup 2022. The Indian team will start its campaign on 23 October with a match against Pakistan. Actually, the qualifier matches will start from October 16, while the matches of the Super-12 round will be played from October 22.

These teams will play qualifying round

It is worth noting that 8 teams will take part in the qualifying round. Out of these 8 teams, the top-4 teams will reach the Super-12 round. Teams like Sri Lanka and West Indies will also have to play qualifying rounds. At the same time, 8 teams are divided into 2 groups in the qualifying round.

Group-B:

Ireland, West Indies, Scotland, Zimbabwe

For the Super-12 round, 12 teams are divided into 2 groups-

Group-1: England, New Zealand, Australia, Afghanistan, Group A Winner, Group B Runner-up
Group-2: India, Pakistan, South Africa, Bangladesh, Group A runner-up, Group B winner
