Educational Qualification– Candidates who have passed graduation in any stream from a university recognized by India or Central Government can apply for Bank PO job. Let us tell you that for the post of PO in a government bank, only the degree of graduation matters, not the percentage. At the same time, for Probationary Officer in private bank, there should be at least 55 percent marks in graduation.

Age Range Applicants applying for Bank PO Jobs should not be less than 20 years of age and should not be more than 30 years. At the same time, the candidates belonging to the reserved categories have been given relaxation in the age limit under the rules.

Bank PO Selection Process
To become a Bank PO, one has to clear three rounds of examination. Prelims, Mains and Interview rounds. The prelims exam is conducted in bilingual i.e. Hindi and English. After clearing it, candidates get an opportunity to appear in the Mains exam, in which questions from General Knowledge, Hindi and English and Mathematics are asked. Qualified candidates are called for interview round. Only those who clear all the three rounds are the final selection.

Bank PO salary
Bank PO salary is very good. Due to the good salary, this job remains in great demand among freshers. The basic salary of a Bank PO is Rs 23,700 per month. Along with this, apart from dearness allowance, special allowance, HRA and CCA, medical allowance is also available. In this way, the overall monthly salary ranges from Rs 38,700 to Rs 42,000.
