The board has announced that the 10th and 12th board exams for 2021 will be conducted in the form of an improvement/compartment exam.
10th and 12th Improvement Compartment Exam
The improvement/compartment exam will be conducted for those students who were unable to clear the board exams in their first attempt. This exam will give them an opportunity to improve their marks and get a better score. The board has also announced that the exams will be conducted in the online mode and the students will have to appear for the exam from their own homes.
Exam Dates and Admit Card Details
The CBSE 10th and 12th improvement/compartment exams are scheduled to begin on 25th August 2021. The admit cards for the exam will be released on the official website of the board on 25th August 2021. The students will have to download the admit cards from the website and take a printout of it for appearing in the exam.
Exam Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for appearing in the CBSE 10th and 12th improvement/compartment exam is that the students should have appeared in the regular board exam and should have failed in one or more subjects. The students should also have passed in the rest of the subjects.
