Chup is a romantic psychopath thriller film. It is also being said that this film is a tribute to master filmmaker Guru Dutt and his 1959 classic film Kaagaz Ke Phool. The film, which released on 23 September, got the full benefit of National Cinema Day on Opening Day. On the opening day, the film had earned ₹3 crore and on Saturday, the film has registered a collection of more than ₹2 crore. In this way, this film of R Balki has collected a total collection of ₹ 5.13 crore in two days.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the box office collection of the film on Twitter. He wrote, ‘Chup has done well on the second day of release, the film is getting good footfall due to good opening on the occasion of National Cinema Day. Friday ₹ 3.06 crore, Saturday ₹ 2.07 crore and in two days the film has earned a total of ₹ 5.13 crore across the country.
Big B has a cameo in Chup
