Senior hero Ravi Teja starrer ‘Dhamaka’ movie hit the audience on Friday. Directed by Trinadh Rao Nakkina, Tollywood’s crazy heroine Sreeleela acted opposite Ravi Teja in this movie. This movie, which came as a mass action entertainer, got mixed talk on the first day. The ‘Dhamaka’ team released the poster on Saturday regarding the first day collections worldwide.

In fact, Ravi Teja’s last two films were disappointing at the box office. While ‘Khiladi’ and ‘Rama Rao Onduty’ were released..Mas Maharaja has set his sights on this Dhamaka movie. Trinadha Rao, who came to limelight with the movies ‘Cinema Puchtha Maava’ and ‘Nenu Local’, has directed this ‘Dhamaka’ movie to appeal to the mass audience.

Similarly, Srilila’s beauty and dance are a plus point for this movie. Ravi Teja’s comedy and dialogues have impressed the fans. The production company People’s Media Factory has released the poster today that Dhamaka movie grossed Rs. 10 crore worldwide on the first day.Dhamaka movie which collected Rs. 2.10 crores in Nizam, collected Rs. 7.60 crores overall in Telugu states. Similarly, in Karnataka and other areas, Rs. 45 lakhs were collected.. Including overseas, the worldwide collections reached Rs. 10 crores. It seems that the break even of this movie is Rs.19 crores.

Overall, Dhamaka became the highest grosser on the first day of Ravi Teja’s career. Currently only Avatar-2 and 18 Pages movies are competing in the theatres, Christmas holidays and weekend will come together for this Dhamaka movie.
