Fire at Delhi Hotel: A massive fire broke out in a hotel in the Dwarka area of the capital Delhi this morning. Two people died in this incident. The fire broke out at Hotel Krishna located in Dwarka Sector-8, South West Delhi at 7.25 am today, police said. As soon as the news of the fire spread in this four-storey hotel, there was an atmosphere of panic here. Eight vehicles of the fire brigade are engaged in dousing the fire on the spot. So far two bodies have been recovered from the spot. The bodies could not be identified. The bodies have been sent to DDU Hospital for post-mortem.

Police said that this hotel comes under Dwarka South police station. Also, according to the information, this fire may have started in the hotel due to short circuit. Police said that this hotel located near Mother Dairy in Sector-8 was run by OYO company. In the morning, the police got information that this hotel has caught fire and many people are trapped here. Eight fire brigade vehicles and ambulances reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported.
According to the police, the owners of the hotel where the fire broke out are residents of Jharkhand. A person living in the hotel said that after a short circuit in the night, the hotel’s light went out. When he woke up in the morning, he saw smoke spread all around inside the hotel. Later it was found that this smoke spread due to fire, after which the police was informed about it.
