The HQ Bengal Sub Area Recruitment is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 37 posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC). Through this recruitment process, the applicants will be given an opportunity to work in the Indian Army. HQ Bengal Sub Area Recruitment is being conducted by the Indian Army for the recruitment of 37 Lower Division Clerks. The posts are located across various units of HQ Bengal Sub Area. The selected candidates will be posted in the various establishments of the HQ Bengal Sub Area.

Eligibility

The candidates who wish to apply for the posts must be between 18 to 25 years of age. They must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board or university. The candidates should also have a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi.

The candidates must fill up the prescribed application form available on the official website of HQ Bengal Sub Area. The application must be accompanied by all the relevant documents such as educational qualifications, age proof, etc. The application must be sent to the address mentioned in the official notification.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of a written test, a typing test, and an interview. The written test will assess the candidate’s knowledge in English, Hindi, and general awareness. The typing test will assess the candidate’s speed and accuracy in typing in English and Hindi. The interview will assess the candidate’s communication skills and overall suitability for the post.

The last date for submission of application is 10th August 2021. The written test will be conducted on 15th August 2021. The typing test will be conducted on 20th August 2021. The interview will be conducted on 25th August 2021.
