This airport is being operated by Delhi International Airport Limited GMR. With this, the airport has also improved from the 50th position to 45th position, improving the overall ranking.

The Skytrax World Airport Awards is the most prestigious award for the airport industry, based on what passengers vote for in the Global Airport Passenger Satisfaction Survey.
