Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has started special train from Saturday. These trains have started special trains for Char Dham Badrinath, Jagannath Puri, Rameshwaram and Dwarkadhish. IRCTC has now started Dekho Apna Desh Char Dham Yatra. This decision has been taken after the success of Shri Ramayana Yatra train.
16 day and 15 night journey The journey of Char Dham (CHARDHAM YATRA PACKAGE 2021) has started from Safdarjung Railway Station in Delhi on 18 September 2021. The entire journey will be of 16 days and 15 nights and will also include visits to Badrinath, Narsingh Temple (Joshimath), Rishikesh, Mana Village (near China border), Jagannath Puri, Golden Beach of Puri, Konark Temple. Apart from this, visits will also be made to Dhanushkodi, Rameshwaram, Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, Chandrabhaga beach, Bet Dwarka, Dwarkadhish and Shivrajpur beach. During this journey, the passengers will travel a distance of about 8500 km.
The State of Art Deluxe AC Tourist Train has two fine dining restaurants, a modern kitchen, shower cubicles in the coaches, sensor-based washroom function, foot massager and many facilities are available. Fully AC train will have two coaches 1st AC and 2nd AC. The train is equipped with CCTV cameras and security guards for every coach.
Char Dham Tour fare – IRCTC has started this special tourist train under Dekho Apna Desh, an initiative of the Government of India to promote domestic tourism. In this, the fare for the journey is Rs 78,585 per person. In which apart from traveling in AC train, accommodation in deluxe hotels, all food, travel insurance and IRCTC service manager will be provided at all places except hilly areas.
