Mumbai. Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra is getting badly involved in the pornography case. The team of Crime Branch of Mumbai Police is investigating this matter strictly, so that the matter can be got to the bottom and all the evidence can come to the fore. The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police arrested Raj Kundra on the night of July 19 for making obscene films and airing them through some apps.
On Thursday (August 12), the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police got a big success in this case. The Crime Branch has arrested a person working as a director in Raj Kundra’s company. The name of this person is Abhijit Bhomble. In Mumbai’s Malvani police station, an actress had filed a case against two producers and two directors working in Raj Kundra’s company. The case was later transferred to the Crime Branch. Apart from Bhomble, Gehana Vasisth, Ajay Shrimant and Prince Kashyap are accused in this case.
Mumbai Police claims that Raj Kundra’s company was manufacturing pornographic material in India for a London-based company. The British company belongs to his close relative. A senior police officer had said that Kundra’s Vian Industries had an agreement with Kenrin, a London-based company that owns the ‘Hotspot’ app. Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Milind Bharambe had told that, ‘The company is registered in London, but the content creation, operation and accounting of the app was managed through Kundra’s company Viaan Industries.’ He told that the owner of Kenrin is a relative of Kundra. The officer said that the police have collected evidence to establish the link between the two companies.
Bharambe said the police have recovered accounts, accounts and some obscene films exchanged between the two on WhatsApp groups and e-mails during the raids at Kundra’s Mumbai office. “We arrested Raj Kundra and his IT chief Ryan Thorpe after collecting evidence of their involvement in the crime.
