SSC MTS Exam Date Announced
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has recently announced the SSC MTS exam date for 2020. The exam is conducted for the recruitment of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) in various government departments and ministries. The exam will be conducted in two tiers – Tier 1 and Tier 2. The Tier 1 exam is scheduled to be held from 2nd November 2020 to 6th November 2020.
Details of SSC MTS Tier 1 Exam
The Tier 1 exam is a computer-based test that consists of four sections – Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, and General Awareness. The exam is of total 150 marks and the duration is 2 hours. The negative marking in the exam will be 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
Exam Date & Schedule
The Tier 1 exam is scheduled to be held from 2nd November 2020 to 6th November 2020. The exam will be conducted in two shifts – morning shift and evening shift. The morning shift will commence from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and the evening shift will commence from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for appearing in the SSC MTS Tier 1 exam is as follows:
- The candidate should be a citizen of India.
- The candidate should be between 18 to 25 years of age as on 1st August 2020.
- The candidate should have passed at least 10th standard from a recognized board.
Guidelines for Appearing in Exam
The candidates appearing in the SSC MTS Tier 1 exam should keep the following guidelines in mind:
- The candidates should report to the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
- The candidates should bring their original photograph and valid ID proof for verification.
