India has once again become the king of Test cricket, as confirmed by the ICC rankings. India’s recent win against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy has taken the team to the top of the ICC Test rankings, making them the number one Test team in the world. This article will discuss India’s current ICC rankings, their performance in Test, ODI and T20 cricket, and their current standing in the ICC rankings.

India Regains Test Cricket Throne

India has regained its throne as the king of Test cricket, with the team reclaiming the number one spot in the ICC Test rankings. The team had previously held the top spot for a brief period in 2016, but has now regained their place at the top once again. India has been able to take the top spot due to their recent win against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.

India is currently at the top of the ICC Test rankings, with a total points tally of 119. This is followed by New Zealand in second with 106 points, and Australia in third with 103 points. India is also in the top five in both ODI and T20 cricket, with a total of 120 points in the ODI rankings and 118 points in the T20 rankings.

India is currently ranked second in the ICC ODI rankings, with a total points tally of 120. This is just one point behind the top-ranked team, England, who have a total of 121 points. The rest of the top five is made up of Australia (116 points), New Zealand (114 points) and South Africa (112 points).

India’s T20 Ranking

India is currently ranked third in the ICC T20 rankings, with a total points tally of 118. This is just two points behind the top-ranked team, Pakistan, who have a total of 120 points. The rest of the top five is made up of Australia (117 points), England (116 points) and South Africa (115 points).

India’s Performance in Test Cricket

India has been performing exceptionally well in Test cricket in recent years, with the team winning seven of their last nine series. This includes the recent win against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which took the team to the top of the ICC Test rankings.
