Annaatthe Box Office Collection: Superstar Rajinikanth’s magic again, the film earned a bumper on the first day

Yesterday i.e. on the day of Diwali, ‘Annathe’ was released in India. According to the report of Bollywood Life, Rajinikanth’s film ‘Annathe’ has earned close to Rs 25 to 30 crores in the state of Tamil Nadu only. According to a tweet on November 4 by entertainment industry tracker Ramesh Bala, the film has earned more than Rs 11 crore worldwide. This does not include earnings for the whole of Europe, including the UK. According to the report, this film has been released on 2200 screens in India, while it has been released on 1100 screens abroad.

Let us tell you that ‘Annathe’ is Rajinikanth’s 168th film. This is a multi starrer movie in which apart from Rajinikanth, there are also celebs like Lady Superstar Nayanthara, Prakash Raj and Keerthy Suresh. Shiva has written and directed the film as well. The film is proving to be extremely popular. Kavita Theater located in Tenkasi district of Tamil Nadu has informed by tweeting that due to high demand, a show at 1 pm has also been started. While many cinema houses of the state have shared photos in which long queues of people are seen outside the halls.

According to the Times of India, many reports are claiming that Rajinikanth’s film ‘Annathe’ has made the record for the highest grossing day in the history of Tamil films. This film has also left behind Vijay’s film ‘Sarkar’ released in the year 2018. However, people are still divided on social media about which film’s opening was bigger in both of them.
