The East Central Railway has invited applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 2206 Apprentice posts. The recruitment process will be conducted in four divisions of the East Central Railway including Danapur, Dhanbad, Mughalsarai and Samastipur.

The East Central Railway is recruiting 2206 Apprentice posts across four divisions. The details of the posts are given below:

- Dhanbad: 738 posts
- Mughalsarai: 536 posts
- Samastipur: 287 posts
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the post of Apprentice are given below:
- Candidates should have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI in relevant Trade.
- Age limit: Candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 01.01.2020.
